Positioned close to the beach in lovely Vlycha bay, the villa has a large patio/decking area, ample private parking and substantial grounds. The private overflow pool is all yours!
With Lindos on your doorstep you will be spoilt with a great choice of places to eat or enjoy a relaxing cocktail or two!
About the villa
Modern well equipped villa
Villa Neos is a well maintained comfortable villa with air conditioning throughout. The kitchen, newly installed in 2025, has everything guests could need ranging from Neff slide and hide oven and induction hob, to dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and extra large fridge freezer.
The lounge provides a comfortable retreat when the sun is too much, so here guests will find a 4K Smart TV, sound box, blu ray player, xbox one console and complimentary wifi.
The air-conditioned bedrooms
Master bedroom has a king size and single bed while the other two have twin single beds. All bedrooms have their own balcony or terrace with superb views of the sea.
There are two bathrooms, one on each floor.
And then there’s the outdoors!
Guests are likely to spend most of their day enjoying Rhodes’ sunny climate. On the verandah guests will find outdoor sofas and dining area. Around the patio and decking area there are sun beds and parasols. There is further sheltered seating next to the attractive BBQ.

‘But what a pleasure to see owners like Simon. It is true that we did not meet him but with each message he was available for us. From booking to departure. Very clean house, there is everything (really everything) inside and out, the slightest problem is immediately handled by available people, we went there with 4 adults and 2 children… really a superb week. Very quiet place but 100 m from the beach. I recommend and would go back without hesitation.’
